Nestled in the Costers del Segre region of Catalonia, Celler Lagravera is a winery deeply rooted in both history and sustainability. Founded on an old gravel quarry, the estate takes its name from the very land it was reborn from—“Lagravera” meaning "gravel pit" in Catalan.
Under the guidance of winemaker Pilar Salillas, who joined in 2018, Celler Lagravera has pushed the boundaries of biodynamic and organic viticulture, allowing the vines to express the purity of their environment. Pilar has also led the winery’s dedication to reviving forgotten indigenous grape varieties, bringing new life to Catalonia’s viticultural heritage.
From their approachable Onra series to the wildly expressive Natural range and the prestigious La Pell series, Celler Lagravera crafts wines that are both deeply expressive and alive. Whether it's their Clarete-style bottlings, their long-aged espumosos, or their richly textured whites and reds, each wine is an exploration of terroir, tradition, and innovation.
More than just a winery, Celler Lagravera is preserving a legacy while redefining the future of Catalan viticulture.
