Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unopened, undrunk, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at wine@baellevin.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
⚠️ Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
💡 Corked Wines
If you end up with a corked bottle, bring it to our shop in Carlsberg Byen, and we’ll exchange it for a new one or something else of your choice.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If you want a different item, the best way to do this is:
- Request a return for the item you have.
- Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
⏳ By Shopify rules, refunds can take up to 10 business days to be credited back to you.
