Danish wine. Yep, it’s a thing. And it’s getting pretty exciting.
We’re spoiled in Denmark, with some of Europe’s greatest wine regions just a hop, skip and a border crossing away. But what happens when we look a little closer to home?
As the climate warms and a few brave grape-growing mavericks experiment with what thrives on Danish soil, the impossible is becoming increasingly possible. And we’re here for it.
For this special tasting, we’re bringing together two of our favourite local producers at the forefront of Danish wine: BAS from Møn and Lindely from Kolding.
Jørgen and Andreas will guide us through the glasses, sharing their take on where Danish wine is now — and where it’s heading next. Expect good wine, curious grapes, sustainable thinking and plenty of reasons to rethink what “local wine” can be.
And of course, there’ll be snacks to keep those taste buds happy.
Come thirsty. Come curious. Limited tickets, so act quickly!
