At Bællevin, we don’t usually lean on critic scores. Farming, philosophy, and soul in the glass mean more to us. But sometimes recognition comes along that’s simply too big to ignore.
The Peñín Guide 2025, Spain’s most respected wine authority, has just placed our producer Celler Lagravera among the very best, with scores from 90–95 points across their range. Their La Pell Les Pedrisses 2020 was awarded 95 points, crowning it as one of Spain’s top wines.
The La Pell series comes from ancient vineyards planted in 1889 (El Vinyet) and 1935 (Les Pedrisses). Production is microscopic — sometimes only 200 bottles per vintage. These wines rarely leave Catalonia, yet for one night, we will open them here in Copenhagen.
To complete the picture, we will also pour Cíclic Tinto, Ónra Blanco, Ónra Tinto, and the Solera Blanco — wines that showcase the breadth of Lagravera’s philosophy: biodynamic farming, revival of forgotten vineyards, and a focus on nearly extinct native grapes.
To heighten the experience, we’re joined by Arla Unika, who will present a curated cheese selection designed to match the wines — adding depth and balance to an already remarkable evening.
Seats are extremely limited: only 12–18 guests will share this table.

🌟 Why This Night Matters
Altogether, that’s nearly 5,000 DKK worth of wine being opened for the table — bottles that, in some cases, exist in fewer than 300 examples worldwide. Combined with the craftsmanship of Arla Unika’s cheeses, this evening isn’t just a tasting. It’s a chance to drink history, share in rarity, and celebrate one of Spain’s most visionary producers.
In total, we’ll be opening 14 bottles of Lagravera wines across the night — including six from the La Pell series.
